Production & Shipping Times
How long does it take to receive my order?
Each item is made just for you — no mass production here!

You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships so you can follow your package’s journey to your doorstep.
Pro tip: Order early for holidays and Pride season to make sure your gifts arrive in time!
Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
Because each product is made to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for size or preference — but we always want you to love what you get!
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue(s) along with your order number, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund!
What if I ordered the wrong size?
We totally get it! Double-check our size charts before ordering — but if it happens, message us anyway. We’ll do our best to find a solution (sometimes we can offer a discount on a reprint).
Custom & Personalized Orders
Can I request a custom design or personalize a product?
Absolutely! We love bringing your ideas to life — create a custom gift that includes pronouns, personal touches, or represents your unique identity.

Tracking & Order Updates
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. If it’s been more than 5 business days and you haven’t received tracking info, contact us and we’ll investigate right away.

At The Queer Gift Co., we pride ourselves on products that are printed and shipped right here in Canada! We look forward to offering our products internationally in the near future. We have the best print partners making sure your quality items arrive safely wherever you are.
