How Are Your Products Made?

We're a Queer and Canadian owned business offering thoughtfully curated apparel and gifts designed with pride and purpose. Each custom item is made to order just for you, which means we craft your products only after you place your order. This sustainable approach eliminates waste from overproduction and excess inventory—so you get something special while we honor our commitment to the planet. No warehouses full of unsold stock, just intentional pieces created when you need them. 🌍

How Long Does It Take?

Good things take time but not too long! Once your order is confirmed, we'll get to work on making your items just for you.

  • The average customer will receive their order within 5 - 9 business days! 🎁
  • Products are typically produced within 2-5 business days. Each product is double checked for quality before being packed and prepped for shipping.
  • Standard shipping times in Canada average 3-4 business days. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and/or holidays (especially for rural or remote areas).
How Much Will Shipping Cost?
  • All Canadians enjoy FREE SHIPPING on orders $100+
  • For orders less than $100 we have secured a flat shipping rate of $9.95
  • International Shipping is not yet offered, but will be available in 2026! Stay tuned for more.
How Will I Track My Order?

Once you place your order you will automatically receive a email confirmation with order details. As soon as your order ships you will also receive additional tracking information. It's that easy!
If for some reason you did not receive an order confirmation or tracking information once shipped, drop us a line at : info@thequeergiftco.ca and we would be happy to assist.

What If My Products Are Damaged?

Although it doesn't happen often, products may arrive damaged from time to time. Don't worry, we've got your back and want to make it right! In order to get this resolved quickly please email us at info@thequeergiftco.ca within 30 days of receiving your order with the following information and we will get back to you with a resolution ASAP;

  1. Your order number.
  2. Provide details of the damaged product(s).
  3. Clear photos of the damaged product(s).

Note: Products must be unused and in the condition you received it.

What If Products Are Wrong?

We're all human and mistakes can happen. Don't worry, we've got your back and will make it right! In order to get this resolved quickly please email us at info@thequeergiftco.ca within 30 days of receiving your order with the following information and we will get back to you with a resolution ASAP;

  1. Your order number.
  2. Clear photos of the wrong product(s).

Note: Products must be unused and in the condition you received it.

How Do Returns & Exchanges Work?

We want you to love the products you order from The Queer Gift Co. If something arrives damaged, defective, or just plain wrong, we will make it right - that's on us. Please reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will get back to you with a resolution ASAP! Products must be unused and in the condition you received it.

Because each product is made to order, we unfortunately do not accept exchanges due to size or preference. Be sure to double check our size guides which are conveniently located on each product page before ordering.
