Where We Ship

At this time, The Queer Gift Co. ships within Canada only 🇨🇦
International shipping is not yet offered — stay tuned for future updates!

All products are fulfilled and shipped from Canadian production facilities, so there are no duties or customs fees.

Order Processing & Production

All of our items are made to order using print-on-demand.

Production time: typically 2–5 business days
Each product is double-checked for quality before being packed and prepared for shipping

Good things take time — but not too long!

Delivery Times

The average customer will receive their order within approximately 5–9 business days total, including production and shipping 🎁

Once your order ships:

Standard shipping within Canada: averages 3–4 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, holidays, or rural/remote addresses

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays outside of our control.

Tracking information will be provided once your order is on the way.

Shipping Costs

FREE SHIPPING on all Canadian orders $100+
Flat-rate shipping of $9.95 on orders under $100

Shipping rates are clearly displayed at checkout.

Split Shipments

If your order includes multiple items, they may ship:

This allows us to get your items to you as quickly as possible. There is no additional charge for split shipments.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

The Queer Gift Co. is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us, reshipping fees may apply.

Damaged Items

Although rare, items may occasionally arrive damaged during transit.

If this happens, we’ve got your back.

Details of the damage
Clear photos of the damaged item(s)

Products must be unused and in the condition you received them.
